Each week you have the chance to come and train in your own time and for as long as you like.
During the Free practice (3 sessions per week),
you will play the flowing drills, watch advanced students "rolling" (free sparring) and you will make good friends.
When you are 100% familiar with the 6 basic flowing drills, performing it super calm and relaxed , you will then be initiated on the rolling (sparring) by an instructor.
From then on, you will be rolling as much as you like.
